COYNE GRAPHIC FINISHING INSTALLS LARGE-FORMAT CNC ROUTING MACHINE

Electronically-Controlled Large-Format CNC Router Can Cut Substrates Too Thick or Too Dense For Die Cutting

MOUNT VERNON, OH - Coyne Graphic Finishing, Inc., a full-service binding and finishing company located here, recently installed a state-of-the-art, electronically controlled CNC routing machine.

The CNC router uses a high-speed spinning router bit to cut substrates that are too thick to be die cut, including styrene, acrylic, particle board, foam board, wood and more. The bit is electronically controlled using CAD software, resulting in an exact, high-quality finish. The router can perform internal and external perimeter cutting as well as hole drilling, with a minimum hole size of ¼".

With a maximum substrate perimeter size of 60" x 144", the CNC router broadens Coyne's large-format POP display capabilities, which include large-format die cutting, mounting, film laminating and related services.
