Large-Format Capabilities

For some point-of-purchase and display applications, bigger is definitely better. In-store and exterior signage, self-standing displays, charts, product packaging and sample kits are just some of the products that take advantage of large-format presses to create larger-than-life projects.

Converting these large-format products requires specialized capabilities; that’s where Coyne Graphic Finishing comes in. We have an extensive range of high-speed, dedicated large-format equipment that covers almost all finishing capabilities, including die cutting, film laminating, mounting, cutting, collating and more.

Here are a few tips to keep in mind when planning a large-format project:

Consider Shipping and Packing: As you may imagine, the logistics for handling large-format finished products are a chief budget consideration. Be sure to communicate any specific needs with Coyne Graphic Finishing prior to production. We can often suggest solutions to help reduce costs. For example, mounted displays can often be folded into sections for easier packing and shipping, without compromising the appearance of the display. Keep in mind that we can also drop ship your products directly to retail locations or other end-users to simplify logistics.

Hanging or Self-standing: There are several choices for displaying your large-format products. If your application calls for pieces to hang from a wall or ceiling, we can insert grommets or eyelets to provide a sturdy hanging solution. Easels can also be affixed to large-format pieces to create a self-standing display. When specifying easels for your products, let Coyne recommend the appropriate easel design and construction material. The size, weight and display location of your products will dictate whether a single- or double-wing easel design is used.
