New at Coyne: Advanced Attaching

The new attaching system runs from 6,500 to 9,500 finished pieces per hour.

At Coyne Graphic Finishing, we're always looking for ways to provide more comprehensive services to make post-printing production as seamless and efficient as possible.

That's why we're pleased to announce the addition of a new advanced attaching system for direct mail and packaging. Manufactured by Kirk-Rudy, is suitable for both short- and long-run jobs. It operates within tolerances of plus/minus 1/32 of an inch.

High-Speed, Versatile Attaching
The new system is capable of producing from 6,500 to 9,500 finished pieces per hour. Production speed depends on the size of the piece and the object being attached.

The affixing/tipping system uses quick-setting hot-melt adhesives to attach an item to a printed piece. It accommodates a wide range of items, including cards, coins, keys, prepackaged samples—in fact, anything that can be held by "booger glue."
