What Surprises Our Customer Most?

Next to helping customers solve their tricky graphic finishing challenges, the thing we like best is hosting prospects—or even longtime customers—on a tour of our plant. We're proud of our facility, and we're grateful for the opportunity to get to know our customers better, and understand their needs more keenly.
But do you know what our guests find most surprising about Coyne and its operation? The one comment we hear repeatedly is: "I didn't know you guys did so much. I really can get my projects done here without having to line up multiple suppliers."
And that's our tip for this month: Simplify your life by reducing the number of suppliers on any given project. And nobody's better equipped to do that than Coyne. For three reasons:
- No one in this region offers as many different graphic finishing capabilities under one roof. From die cutting to tinning to mass collating and more (a lot more), we can do more things in more media sizes than anyone else around.We aren't afraid to take on the "tough" jobs. Special project? Unusual project? We thrive on solving those kinds of challenges. And the earlier we're involved in production planning, the easier we can usually make it for everyone involved.
- We are graphic finishing specialists. Our focus is entirely on what happens after the printing presses stop. As graphic finishing specialists, we can offer more experience and expertise than companies that offer graphic finishing as "add-ons." It's all we do, and we know how to do it very well.
We think one-source graphic finishing is better for everyone. The work is better, the headaches are fewer. But you have to have the right combination of people and processes to pull it off.
